Bath Remodel & Privacy Deck

• The tub and shower area was completely redesigned and enlarged
• A large picture window and french door were added to capture a panoramic view common on Mount Helix
• A privacy deck was added outside this view to allow a distant view from inside the bath while blocking any view into the bath from the lower terrain outside the window
• Gray marble tiles were used in the new shower and tub platforms to compliment the existing terrazzo floors which were retained
• The existing bathroom sink cabinets were retained, modified to allow for a modern finger pull handle free design and refaced with high gloss post formed laminate
• Gray marble counter tops to match the tiles were installed
• A vanity area was added
• Clear glass true frame-less shower enclosure and doors were used
• Recessed ceiling lighting and a good exhaust fan were added

• Cabinet finish – gloss white post formed laminate
• Marble Counter Tops
• Marble Tile shower walls and tub deck
• Existing Terrazzo Floors were reused
• New tub with whirlpool jets
